Its asking for a serial key. there is nothing on or in my package that has this? it doesn't even show the setup for this "key" in the instructions?

Got an All in 1 HDD Docking Station and downloaded the FNet PC Clone EX Lite software. It is telling me the Demo is expired and I need a "key". There is no key in the OTB user's manual....Where can I find the key I purchased?

I bought the OTB all-in-one docking station. It arrived with the docking station, USB, power cable and manual but no software. I cannot find the software to operate the system. Where can the software be downloaded from?

Gerrit, Yeah so you have to download PCCloneEX and then you also need a key to activate the software, it's kinda hard to find the key.

Mo Hirsi, Start the program "PC Clone EX" go to the menu tab at the top and select "settings". Settings screen has tick boxes of what you want to back up. Tick or un-tick as desired.
