I bought your ALL in 1 HDD docking system, however your software closes itself all the time. Do you have an update to make it work ?

The issue you are experiencing with PCCloneEX on Windows 11 PRO may be due to software compatibility problems, as newer versions of Windows may not always fully support older software. I recommend the following steps to address the problem:
Check the manufacturer's website for any updates or patches for PCCloneEX that are specifically for Windows 11.
Run PCCloneEX in Windows Compatibility Mode for an older version of Windows, such as Windows 10 or Windows 7. To do this, right-click the software's shortcut, select "Properties," and navigate to the "Compatibility" tab.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to the support team of the ALL in 1 HDD docking system for further assistance or potential alternatives.
Dear Sir , I purchase an HDD docking device. I download your software. For installing I need a serial number. Please help me with this serial number. Thank you and have a nice day.
The PCCloneEX was used to back up 2.5" and 3.5" external HDDs. However, it would be possible to create a clone of the HDD, but the problem with PCCloneEX is related its availability. You can still download it, but it hasn't been updated in a long time and I don't know if it will work properly.
I advise using an application that is constantly updated and meet the latest standards. For additional examples, access the following link.

It seems that the serial code provided by the ArkView combo e-sata/USB docking station is not valid for the downloaded version of PCCloneEX. The user may need to contact the software's support team or the manufacturer of the docking station for assistance with obtaining a valid serial code.

Yes, you can use a USB hard drive to copy the files that you want to back up. For that to happen, your USB hard drive needs to be detected by the operating system where PCCLoneEX is installed and running.
If you already checked that and it's detected by the Windows OS, then simply start PCCloneEX and use the tree menu on the left to select the local files and then the USB hard drive on the right. Select the files and initiate the procedure. At the end of the copy phase you'll be notified about the progress as well as other details about the operation.

Yes, PCCloneEX should work with Windows 10.
When I try to start the program after installing, it says: Your demo version is expired! Why, and what Ihave to do?
The demo version of PCCloneEX has a limited time for use, which has expired. You will need to purchase the full version to continue using the program.
